Mixture for hamburger steak and meat dumplings 

Important – How many oil you put you put too many
Meat dumplings need just some fat or oil in order not to paste the frying pan. In opposite it will absorb in meat which is not good for taste…
You should fry on a very, very light fire. The thicker hamburger stake or meat dumplings you make the juicier they would be but you would need more time to fry it.

We recommend:
Finished hamburger and dumplings mixture put into pot (do not oil neither the pot neither you hands), chop red onion and hot pepper. Chop smoked bacon and cheese (gauda or edamer “Sirela” for example) and mix all the ingredients. After that, form hamburgers and dumplings and fry on a light fire. You will get new taste with the smoke taste.  

How to grill sausages?

Roasting:

Use barbecue pan (oil, olive oil, fat). Before or during grilling sausage do NEVER nick the sausage nor pick with the fork because of one simply reason – the best “sauce” will run out and you will lose the quality of taste. During the production sausage is not thermally processed. The sausage prefers light fire and temperature.

If you do not use these advices, the sausage will get tough crust and will not be enough roasted from inside neither will have the taste as it should have.

Cooking:

Eight to ten minutes in boiled water but the taste will not be such intensive as when you grill the sausage. 

 


Roštilj kobasice

Pečenje:
Roštilj tava (na ulju, masti, maslinovom ulju...). Prilikom pečenja ili prije vašu roštilj kobasicu NIKADA nemojte narezivati, seckati, bušiti viljuškom prilikom okretanja iz jednostavnog razloga. Zato što če sav „sok“, sva slast iscuriti iz nje (zato što roštilj kobasica prilikom proizvodnje nije termički obrađena, ni kuhana ni pečena, ona je svježe i odimljena) a vi ćete dobiti neki sasvim drugi okus – voli laganu vatru i temperaturu.

U koliko se niste ovoga pridržavali, kobasica će dobiti tvrdu koru a unutrašnjost ostaje ne pečena a o okusu neču ni govoriti.

Kuhanje:
U ključaloj vodi kuha se 8 do 10min samo što okus neće biti toliko intezivan kao kod pečenja.
